Artwork Specifications

Which file format should I upload for my label artwork? 
We recommend that you provide us with vector (native) files for the best print quality. Rasterized files will be reviewed by our service team to ensure the best output quality.

• Adobe Illustrator (AI, EPS, PDF)
• Adobe Photoshop (PSD, JPEG, TIF, PDF)
• Adobe Acrobat (PDF)

What is the minimum file resolution? 
Vector art files will print in high quality at any scale. Any rasterized graphics should have a resolution of 300 DPI or higher.

Which color mode should I be using? 
Our digital printer will convert RGB and Pantone colors to equivalent CMYK color breakdowns. .

Should I upload any images that are used in my label design? 
We recommend that you embed any images into your label design file. If this isn’t possible or you’re not sure how to do this, contact our service team for assistance. 

Will you need my font files? 
Convert any fonts used in your label’s design file to ‘outlines’. If your fonts are not outlined, they may not print correctly and create file errors.

How much file bleed is needed? 
Bleed is the extra amount of image needed to properly trim your label to your desired shape and have all of the artwork printed and included in the finished label. Add (.125” or 1/8”) of bleed to your artwork as shown below.
